Vera Mary Wellmeier -- March 25, 1914 - July 31, 1922
Vera Mary Wellmeier was the tenth child of Edward and Mary Wellmeier. She was baptized Veronica Marie at St. Anthony's Church, Bowen Street, Dayton, Ohio. She lived with her parents at 1073 Linden Avenue. She attended St. Athony School. Upon her death, her body was placed in the large bay window of their home for her loved ones to view as polio was contagious. She is resting at Calvary Cemetary, Section 28, along with Edward's brothers, Lawrence and Herbert (Harry), their wives, and Helen M. Wellmeier.
